Elevating Prefeeder
Product Overview
The EH-35 and EH-50 horizontal discharge, elevating prefeeders are designed to handle medium-to-large sized parts. Using a modular, plastic, cleated chain to vertically transport parts up, then move them horizontally, this prefeeder allows the discharge to be closer to the bowl when reaching over existing equipment, but allowing for a gentle release of parts into an unscrambler bowl, eliminating the potential scuffing or scraping of parts. A heavy duty variable speed motor helps to ensure proper product metering. Note: Controllers and mechanical level sensors are not supplied with the unit.
